Preparing a PowerPoint presentation about distinctions between felony and misdemeanor crimes.

In your presentation, you should do the following:

1.    Contrast felony and misdemeanor crimes
2.    Describe methods for classifying felonies in your jurisdiction
3.    Describe methods for classifying misdemeanors in your jurisdiction
4.    Identify procedures for filing motions to dismiss and expunge criminal convictions.

Guidelines to the Power Point Presentation:

a.    Begin with an Introduction to the topic and must have a Conclusion topic.
b.    Organization should be logical, clear, and accurate briefing topics.
c.    You should provide strong evidence of critical thinking.
d.    Include Note Pages

** Need Four (4) peer-reviewed, academic sources no more than 5 years old minimum**

** The Power Point Presentation should be 8 Full slides minimum not including Title page and Reference page**
