There are many Reality Television shows that pit one person or team against another.  One of my favorite reality shows is The Amazing Race which 11 teams of two race around the world following hints that lead to the next pit stop.  Along the way the teams have to overcome challenges such as climbing a cliff-side, bungee jumping off a bridge, and looking for a clue in a huge mud pit.  As mentioned, Key Performance Indicators are everywhere in business and life in general.  Critical Success Factors identify what it takes to win.  Watch these two Amazing Race videos and identify two Key Performance Indicators and Critical Success Factors that would measure a team’s performance.
