Whats it like to write to your family in the middle of US civil war battle, trying not to worry them but at same time have to vent out? Also, with the high possibility of dying anytime anywhere during the civil war battle, whats emotions are going on from both sides, when writing letter which was the only way to communicate back then between soldier and their families. explore hardships encounter by the soldier while giving news or just writing to their loved ones while in US civil war battle.
