Needs 6 different scholarly sources and they all need to be cited at least 3 times. That’s a total of  18 citations in the text. The citations need attribution. The paper needs a solution at the end of it. It’s considered a solution analysis research paper. With the beginning being exclusively informative about the problem of the heroin epidemic. The middle informing about the people involved and what is being done about the problem currently. Then the end what can be done about it. I want the end to talk about how addicts are treated like criminals and not like sick n people. They need to be sent to rehab instead of to jail. That’s the solution.
