write about your interview and or observations, noting any relationship with the reading you have done. Finally, write your own reflections on the topic. Thus, each paper will include:
a.    research review
b.    interview/observations
c.    personal reflections

When writing up your interview, use narrative form. DO NOT write up the interview using a question/answer format. Please refer to your interviewee(s) only by first name or initials.
