This is the final paper and the prompt is very broad: “Trace one of the common ideas/themes illustrated by the visual arts and literature studied this term. This may seem a bit vague at first, but, if you go back and think through where we have been and what we have seen and read, you should be able to find some thread (there are many; pick only one) that has been a constant throughout. It will take review and a bit of creativity and imagination as well.” I have provided you with all of the previous papers I have written for the class thus far. I got high eighties-high nineties on all of these papers as well. The textbook for this course was Culture and Values: A Survey of the Humanities, 8e.
