Topic: Poor Communication and Management Practices in the Workplace

1. Evaluate at least 12 articles for the value they could bring to a literature review using the article Evaluation Checklist (which will be provided).Consider that you might have to evaluate more than 12 articles to be able to pare down to 12 for the purposes of this assignment.3 or 4 of the 12 articles must relate to theories pertaining to the aforementioned research topic.Recency (the majority of articles should be from the last 10 years; except seminal articles that established theories)Validity, Reliability, Limitations, Bias.

Provide a brief summary (250 words each) of each article that includes the elements of the evaluation matrix.

2. Compose an introduction, a problem statement, a research question and brief theoretical statement that includes the theorists and the contributions of their theories to the research area.The research question must be specific with each construct clearly defined andaddresses a valid need area or gap in existing scholarly literature.

Discuss how theories related to the research area lay a foundation for the focus, purpose and scope of the literature review and support the problem statement, as well as the research question.
