1: Discuss the value of a charismatic leader versus a transformational leader. Provide examples of how one style is more appropriate in certain situations. Suggest specific examples of 1) charismatic and 2) transformational leaders. In your initial posting, don’t forget to include references to your readings in the text citing page numbers as it relates to your examples. Do not use any of the examples in the text in Boxes 4.3, 4.5, or 4.6  for your discussion topic.
2: Take the Self Assessment: Transformational Leadership Scale (pp 109-110).  Discuss your results in light of the chapter concepts.
