1. Compare / contrast Franklin and Sewall as reformers and improvers with an eye towards showing clearly what drove each man to better himself and others

2. Discuss clearly ways in which the issues that each faced (and the ways they faced them) were different. What do the differences show about each man and how he relates to his time period? Make sure that each comparison / contrast you make comes to a conclusion and that it connects to an overarching thesis.
