Please listen to Kevin Drodrell’s 12 minute video  on coaching and motivation. We will be covering both behavior and motivation in our next two chapters.  This is a very important topic.  As you listen you will understand the difference between coaching, motivation and THE DRIVE TO BE A WINNER.

  Your thoughts on the video? Have you ever had a manager, coach, or anyone act as motivator or helped you change your behavior?  Do you have any examples? What did you like about this person? Why were they effective?  What didn’t you like?  If you don’t have a personal  example, please comment on a public figure that you can use as an example. 

Rutgers won their first Big Ten football game in 3 years on Saturday at Michigan State despite being a 12 point under dog.  Why?  I believe another win will be close by since “Winning”  is contagious.  I never met a person who wanted to loose.  Anything else you can share with us about this topic?
