Develop your project idea. First, based on the need (problem) statement, develop your goal(s) and objectives. Second, develop activities (programs) that ultimately solve the need (problem). Third, describe outputs, outcomes, and impact. A logic model will be a useful tool by which you can develop this process. Also, use the SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound) strategy as much as possible in developing the indicators particularly for outputs and outcomes.
