Answer the following question in a 3 to 5 page paper (Short Writing Assignment). The question, “In your opinion, how should the sentencing of criminal defendants be change in the United States?”  This is a formal written paper: I expect a cover page and the use of proper APA citations both within the paper and on the Reference Page.  As a minimum, I expect to see an Introduction, Body (sub-headings as appropriate), Conclusion, and References sections in your paper. Even though this is an opinion paper, I expect references to materials to support your arguments.
