First read the book: “The 17 Essential Qualities of a Team Player: Becoming the Kind of Person Every Team Wants” by John C. Maxwell. Next, compose a five (5) page paper, double spaced, with Arial 12 pt. font. The paper should identify all 17 essential qualities of a team player followed by a brief description of each.  Next, you should select your top five qualities from this list that you believe are the most important to you.  Be sure to elaborate in detail why you chose these five qualities and how have (or how are) you developed (or developing) these qualities and what impact have they had or are they having on both your personal and professional life (professional can mean school if not working or have not been in the workforce in a meaningful way).
