Using knowledge from Special Education courses, your professional experience, your own personal beliefs, and the Council for Exceptional Children (C.E.C) Code of Ethics for Special Educators, IDEA policies, and state and federal laws as a guideline you will write an eight page professional development plan.

Note 1: I have added three references for you to add when writer is done with the report; but, the total references I need are six.  Please put this in a reference page and make sure you add in text citations.
