This module has looked at costs and restorative practices in dealing with victims of violence.  We have argued throughout the course that the victim is tasked with a heavy burden, without a lot of support of the CJS.  What are some of the pros and cons of reintegrating the victim back into the criminal justice system? What changes would have to be made?
