Customer life time value

General guidelines
    The purpose of this assignment is to enhance your analytic skills.
    The article: A marketing view of customer value: Customer lifetime value and customer Equity, is uploaded to the Moodle
    It is an individual assignment.
    The assignment is worth 20% of the total grade.
    The student should answer the question given in the guidelines.
    You are required to submit the report through the email and uploaded it to the Moodle.
    10% of the 20 marks will be deducted as a penalty if not submitted on time.
    Think out of the box and be creative in answering the given questions.
    The students should read the article between the lines, try to understand, and focus on answering the questions. You could avoid the technical detail that are not relevant to the given questions.
    The assignment is due on the 20th May. Email the assignment to me, and also upload the softcopy to the Moodle.
Formatting guidelines
    There is no page limit. The students are required to provide one page introduction and then answer the questions. Each answer should start from a fresh page.
    Font size: 12
    Font type: Times New Roman
    Line space: One and a half
    Page margin: 1 inch from all four side
Questions: Students are required to answer the following questions:
1.    What is customer life time value?
2.    Why do we need to measure customer lifetime value?
3.    How do we measure customer lifetime value? Explain with an example.
4.    How organization can exploit the customer lifetime value?
5.    What are the business implications of customer lifetime value?
6.    Identify ways on how to improve CLV.
