I was an intern business development administrator in a real estate company in China during one of my summer vacations while I was in college. I did some projects reviews in the urban renewal department. Also I performed market evaluation and analysis etc.

so please write something like:

During his stay, we found his hard-working with an aptitude for learning and ability to grasp diverse concepts quickly. He possesses a strong analytical sense, great understanding of real estate business and proved himself an excellent team player.

Do not write too specifically, be official.
