There are 2 parts (first 3 Questions to be answered as paragraph and each question has to be answered under separate heading.

Second, complete a leadership development worksheet outlining your specific goals and your intended approach. Use of the SMART Goals format is strongly encouraged.
The questions (4-10) must filled on using the following template in file Task 2 Leadership Development Worksheet.docx. There is an example in this template.
