Paper Topic: How has Covid-19 affected the operational costs in HR

Professional Topic Research Paper Assignment: The purpose of this assignment is for students to research and learn about current topics in managerial accounting. Students will identify topics in managerial accounting, research the topic, write a paper on their findings. The research must be conducted using peer-reviewed trade or academic journals.
1. Research/find a minimum of at least 5, preferably 10 different peer-reviewed journal articles on your topic from the University Library online business database.
2. The article(s) must be current/published within the last five (5) years. (The one exception is for the History of Managerial Accounting topic hard to find current articles on the history)
3. Write a 4 to 5 pages double spaced paper in APA format discussing the findings on your specific topic in your own words. Note – paper length does not include cover page or References page.
4. Structure your paper as follows:
a.  Cover page
b. Introduction section:
c. Title of paper
d. Overview describing the importance of the research topic in your own words
e. Purpose of Research of the article in your own words
f. Review of the Literature summarized in your own words.
g. Conclusion in your own words.
h. Personal Thoughts
i. References
