Research Paper about School counseling and Immigrant students

Peer reviewed articles must not be older than 10 years

Students will include the following:

Description of the issue/topic, including statistics of occurrence, definition of topic

Developmental consideration regarding the issues in a K-12 setting (e.g age of students, cognitive development etc) It can be focused on a specific grade level such as elementary school or high school

Multicultural Consideration regarding the topic (Must discuss 2 considerations as it relates to the topic) -Can be a discussion regarding ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, ability level (disability or gifted), religion, socioeconomic status etc.

Role of the School Counselor  regarding the Topic in terms of equity and access of services
