For this unit, you will be completing a formative essay.  This will provide you with an opportunity to apply the concepts discussed in realistic business scenarios and build your contemporary research paper.

Essay Development
Conduct some online and transitional research on organizational problems. They can be searched by:

organizational problems,

most common problems,

or solve organizational problems.

In the essay include a name of an organization and a problem or area of improvement.  Thereafter in the essay, discuss the problem from a managers and employees perceptive that the organization is somehow in a state of disequilibrium or needs improvement because of the problem.
The organization name and a problem will serve as the subject of your research paper which will be due in week 7 is it is important to get it right.

Requirements
All questions answered and addressed. Answers should be thorough, and complete for each question.

Please write your responses in a Word document for submission and use the APA format as a guideline. Double space and use a 12 point font. The combined responses should be at least 400 words in length.
