5.    Strategy formulation including alternatives to your final recommendationgive two strategies, and one is the practical strategy, the other is the alternative strategy, and you should compare these two strategies. then you should choose the better one
6.    Strategy evaluation and choice; and,
7.    Strategy implementation.
