Use the ‘BRAVING’ inventory on page 225.  ( Boundaries, Reliability, Accountability, Vault, Integrity, Nonjudgement, Generosity)  Write about each element. REMEMBER FOR EACH ELEMENT, ANSWER ALL 4 QUESTIONS BELOW
How do you relate to each area?  Do you have good boundaries, for example?  How do you react when others around you don’t act out of these elements? Be sure to read all the way through the chapter before you begin to journal so that you understand how Brene’ Brown is defining each characteristic.
