I need to write a paper that will become chapter one of my final capstone paper. I would like to do an experiential learning project. An experiential learning project is a process that allows individuals to closely analyze issues within an organization or group and develop a plan to address these.
I would like to address in this project the need of Bilingual teachers in the school district I work for.
